Adele Zschiesche Speech & Language & EYFS I have been part of the Stithians school team working for over 11 years and volunteering before that. I work as a 1:1 TA with a focus on speech and language. My four children have all enjoyed attending the school. When I am not in school, I really enjoy spending time at the beach, growing vegetables and baking. |

Lou Frame SEN Teaching Assistant & Outdoor Learning Ambassador I came to work at Stithians in 2012 after many years at Truro College teaching and assessing students studying Health and Social Care. I have a background in literature and the arts, and use these skills in my practice. I love working with children and supporting them in their development. |

Louise Potts SEN Teaching Assistant I have been working in the childcare industry since 1991, first as a nanny for a family for eight years, then as a pre-school assistant at Stithians Pre-school for twelve years, and as a one-to-one TA here at Stithians School since 2017. In my spare time, I enjoy running, going to the beach, reading and spending time with my family. |

Karen Perkins SEN Teaching Assistant I have worked with SEN children and teenagers since 2018. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and have had my own four children attend Stithians School which they have loved. In my spare time I enjoy walks on the beach with my family. |

Tammy Wall SEN Teaching Assistant I am a Person-Centered practitioner in both Education and Health and Social Care, with experience of working with a broad range of students. I am passionate about mental health and ensuring the wellbeing of young people, I am a mental health first aider, orange badge holder for people in crisis and was previously a mental health advocate within my department. In my spare time I enjoy board games with my grown-up children and walking in the woods with my dog |
Lisa Watson - Gover SEN Teaching Assistant Having worked previously as both a general and 1:1 TA I am happy to be part of the team at such a lovely school. I have relocated from Bristol so much of my time is spent doing up my house and garden or out walking with my dogs. I also enjoy exploring the area with my husband and three children, exploring the coast paths and yoga. |
Katie Graveson SEN Teaching Assistant I moved to Stithians in 2017 from The Lake District. Two of my three children have attended the school and they have loved their time in the school so it is a privilege to now be part of the team. My previous career was in the Ambulance Service before I moved over to focus on the Mental Health side of the role. When I’m not at work I love being in the garden or at the beach hunting for sea glass and shells.
